to recruiting
Are you passionate, talented, and interested in starting a career at the Centrale Bank van Aruba? The first step in landing a job at the CBA is the online application. Read more about our recruitment and selection process, below.
Found an interesting vacancy? Send your application via the digital application form that you can find on the vacancy page here.
No vacancy available? If we do not have a suitable vacancy currently available, you can choose to send us an open application through the digital open application form. With your permission, we will store your data for one year. If your application matches another job opportunity/vacancy during that period, we will contact you to see if you are interested.
In need of an internship for your academic program? If you are enrolled in a master’s, bachelor’s, or ‘MBO’ program, you can send us an internship request through the internship and vacation jobs page. You can also review available vacation jobs. After filling in the digital form for a vacancy, open application, internship, or vacation job, you will be asked to upload your resume (Curriculum Vitae) and a motivation letter. Diplomas and/or grade lists should also be uploaded with your application.
Based on your motivation letter and resume, we will determine whether your profile is in line with the vacancy requirements and our organization values and culture. If there is a good match, you may be invited for an interview and will either receive an e-mail or phone call to schedule this. If your application is not selected, our CBA Recruitment team will inform you that you were not succesful at this time.
