The General Counsel falls directly under the Executive Director and oversees the Executive Office. 

General Counsel

The General Counsel serves as the primary legal advisor to the Executive Committee on corporate legal matters, oversees that the CBA adheres to the Central Bank Ordinance governance, and is a sparring partner on various subjects. Next to supporting the Executive Committee, the General Counsel also assists the CBA’s Board of Supervisory Directors with some operational tasks.

Executive Office

The Executive Office department supports the Executive Committee, Division Managers and Board of Supervisory Directors with day-to-day secretarial and administrative matters. The Executive Office is also responsible for stakeholder correspondence through the execution of the receptionist tasks and messenger duties.
