Our social responsibility

At the CBA, we think beyond sustainability to regeneration. We focus on transitioning our operations to a regenerative resilient (eco)system, and help foster that  in the financial system and the economy.

Human- and planet- centered approach in our way of working

At the CBA we apply, where possible, a human- and planet-centered approach in our way of working, which means that we apply an inclusive attitude to the work we do. We also consider the consequences of our decisions and practices on the health of our planet. We inspire each other to operate in ethical and sustainable ways and to engage in socially responsible projects and activities within the Aruban community. While working at the CBA, you will be encouraged to focus on re-designing processes, products, and services from a human- and planet-centered perspective that takes into account our workforce, our stakeholders, and our planet.
