The Technology, Security & Data division is the CBA’s digital engine, entrusted with cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, data use and governance, technology adoption, document and information management, and physical security.

This division consists of the following departments:

Information Technology (IT)

IT operates and manages the IT infrastructure, using technologies as an enabler for efficient and effective business processes, supports the organization on all technology matters, and contributes to the digital transformation of the CBA through project execution and advice.

Physical Security

The Physical Security department takes care of the safety and security of our employees and visitors, as well as CBA's physical security infrastructure. The department also provides security policy advice to management.

Information Security

The Information Security department maintains an adequate level of information security for CBA’s IT infrastructure, and ensures the reliability and integrity of the IT-environment and systems. This department also contributes to national incident response. 

Technology & Data Governance

The Technology & Data Governance department ensures the CBA’s IT systems, data, and related risks and resources are properly managed, so they reliably support business needs, enable trusted analysis, adhere to regulatory compliance, and maintain effective operations.

Data Expertise Center

The Data Expertise Center develops enterprise data products, automated reporting, and visualization solutions while advancing organizational data literacy and partnering across technical and business teams to enforce sound data governance and deliver reliable solutions.

Document Management

The Document Management department is responsible for adequate information management, providing access to information in a secure, efficient, and user-friendly manner by, for example, designing processes and procedures for relevant information management, and managing archives and the library in accordance with best practices as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
