We are looking for an Enforcement, Market Entry & Legal Advisory (Medior) Policy Officer

Responsibilities

• Handling files (of varying complexity) in the field of enforcement and market entry
• Handling information requests of a predominantly legal nature concerning market entry
• Providing internal legal advice in the areas of supervision, enforcement and market entry, both in specific cases as well as in general
• Assisting in the drafting of legislative proposals in supervisory and related areas
• Drafting of and advising on policies in supervisory and related areas
• Supporting the (Deputy) Manager in all areas that fall within the scope of this Department

Requirements

• University degree in Law, preferably with a financial-economic profile, or a university degree in Finance or Economics with an emphasis on Banking and Financial Regulation
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of the financial sector laws and regulations
• Good computer skills
