Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
  • Act as the point of contact for personnel recruitment
  • Ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly, and vacancies are filled on time
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess hiring trends and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Monitor key recruiting metrics, like turnover and retention rates
  • Offer specialized knowledge, advice and support on a wide range of HR topics and projects.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Advisor, with focus on recruitment or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (AFAS).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Papiamento, English, and Dutch
  • Strong analytical and advisory skills
  • Quality-driven with attention to detail
  • Initiative-taking
  • Creative-thinking
  • Solution-oriented.
