We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer

Main Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient on-premise, cloud, and hybrid IT infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and implement high-availability infrastructures such as disaster recovery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using Infrastructure as Code.
- Lead and run infrastructure (migration) projects, including migration between on-premise systems and cloud services.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture and infrastructure diagrams, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct on-prem vs. cloud trade-off analyses, perform capacity planning.
- Provide and implement recommendations to support digital transformation within the CBA.
Requirements
- Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
- Architectural and design mindset: ability to translate business/regulatory needs into scalable, secure hybrid on-prem/cloud architectures
- Minimal 4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure engineering, with a focus on design, architecture, and implementation.
- Willingness to learn and develop further (obtaining relevant cloud certificate(s)).
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing hybrid on-premise and cloud infrastructures (IaaS/PaaS, networking, identity, and migrations).
