We are looking for an IT Support Assistant

Join our Information Technology team and contribute to modernizing the IT landscape

Responsibilities

  • Solve support tickets independently or, if necessary, coordinate with colleagues in the IT team;
  • Create, categorize, and prioritize IT support tickets;
  • Provide information to colleagues about status of support tickets and IT solutions;
  • Accept and qualify IT support requests relating to software applications;
  • Expand and maintain our knowledge base as well as create and maintain documentations.

Requirements

  • MBO-diploma;
  • Relevant work experience with customer relations within an IT environment;
  • Willingness to learn and develop further. This includes obtaining relevant certification(s);
  • Passion for IT and technology.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Easily stay on top of technological developments and able to advice hereof in the workplace;
  • An independent, structured way of working and enjoy working in a team.
