Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and adjust project plans, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure effective alignment and collaboration among project teams, management, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and go/no-go decision points, ensuring timely escalation where necessary.
• Monitor and manage project progress, scope, quality, and budgets against agreed objectives and requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve project management methodologies, standards, quality criteria, and ways of working across the organization.
• Oversee related projects as part of broader programs, ensuring alignment of objectives, priorities, dependencies, resources, and outcomes across the different projects.

Requirements

• Master’s-level working and thinking ability in a relevant field.
• Demonstrable relevant experience in leading and coordinating multiple complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and project governance.
• Holds a relevant project management certification, such as PMP, Agile Project Management, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and competing priorities.
