We are looking for a Prudential Supervision Banks Examiner

Join our Prudential Supervision Banks (PSB) team and play a vital role in protecting
the soundness and integrity of Aruba’s banking sector

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite examinations.
• Analyze the financial and regulatory reports.
• Process requests pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations and correspond with relevant parties.
• Conduct risk assessments and translate findings into a targeted supervisory plan.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of supervisory policies and directives.
• Deliver internal and external presentations, and prepare outreach sessions.

• Participate in committees, working groups, and projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Economics (or equivalent academic thinking level).
• Relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of the financial sector.
• Basic knowledge of the relevant supervisory laws and regulations.
