Responsibilities

  • Enforce document and records management policies, procedures, and standards across the CBA. 
  • Support document and records creation, capture, digitization, template/form management, and metadata standardization throughout their lifecycle. 
  • Apply and maintain taxonomies, classification schemes, and metadata quality to enhance retrieval, reporting, and analytics.
  • Support digitization initiatives through scanning, OCR, deduplication, quality control, and continuous process improvement.
  • Drive modernization of document management practices including retention, disposition, and compliance requirements. 
  • Deliver training and provide subject matter expertise on document and records management.
  • Oversee the development, cataloging, classification, circulation, and digital transformation of  library materials.
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor working and thinking level in Document- , Information Management or related field SOD II certificate or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience with document management systems. 
  • Proficiency with records retention schedules, taxonomy, metadata and lifecycle governance.
  • Relevant experience with digitalization projects.
  • Good computer skills. 
  • Preferably a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience. 
  • Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.
