We are looking for a Legal Services Policy Officer (Senior)

Join our Legal Services team and contribute to the financial stability of Aruba

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on legal matters
• Process applications for foreign exchange licenses and dividend declarations
• Draft legislative proposals on relevant areas the CBA is entrusted with
• Provide legal support with regard to court cases

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law, having affinity with financial and economic matters
• Experience in the law field
• Knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to the CBA
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity and ownership

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and advisory skills
• Able to manage large workloads with tight deadlines
• Solution- and result-oriented
• Able to work well within a team and individually
