Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing of the (digital) communication and public relations (PR) strategy of the CBA and advising the Executive Management of the CBA to this end
  • Safeguarding and strengthening the image and the reputation of the CBA
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient operations of Communication department
  • Preparing, coordinating, and monitoring of internal and external communication strategies, as well as processes
  • Liaising and coordinating communication activities internally across the divisions and departments of the CBA
  • Managing the CBA social media strategy and consistent execution thereof
  • Reporting periodically on communication policy developments

Requirements

  • University education in Communication or equivalent education
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Communications and Information Officer within a business organization
  • Demonstrable affinity with the financial sector
  • Proven proficiency with development and implementation of digital media strategies
